Single-School Prep

For applicants sitting one exam. Pick Masaryk, Charles or Palacký: your practice follows that school's own subjects.
Three separate tests: Chemistry, Biology and Physics. Each test has 40 multiple-choice questions and lasts 50 minutes. Each question has five options, and one is correct. That is 120 questions in 150 minutes. You only need a simple calculator. In some countries, an oral interview in English can be required. You sit the exam through an official representative in your country.
Scoring: The pass mark is 60% for General Medicine and 65% for Dentistry. Passing is the minimum. Higher scores get places first. If a higher scorer says no, the place goes to the next person who passed.
Our practice does not cover the oral interview.
A written test, in person, with 75 questions in English: 25 Biology, 25 Chemistry and 25 General Science. There is no separate Physics test. Each question has one best answer, and the official mock shows four options, A to D. Faculty members supervise the test. If you pass, you have multiple mini-interviews (MMI): several short interviews, online, usually within a week.
The time limit and scoring are not on the faculty pages we checked, so our practice tests may differ from the real one.
Our practice does not cover the online interviews (MMI).
A written test in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics or Mathematics: you choose physics or maths. You can sit it online or in person, in Olomouc or Tel Aviv. The faculty says the level matches British school exams (GCE).
The number of questions, time limit and scoring are not on the faculty pages we checked, so our practice tests may differ from the real one.
Our practice covers the physics option, not maths, and not the university's own English test.

The answer is B: 30%.
- A) Wrong. 20% is thymine (T), not guanine. T pairs with A, so there is as much T as A.
- B) Right. A and T make up 20% + 20% = 40%. The other 60% is G and C. G pairs with C, so G = C = 60% ÷ 2 = 30%.
- C) Wrong. 40% is A and T together, not G.
- D) Wrong. 60% is G and C together. Halve it: G alone is 30%.
- E) Wrong. 80% is 100% minus 20%. It forgets that T is also 20%.

Which school should I choose?
The one you sit: compare the three exams side by side. Sitting more than one exam? Buy this plan once for each school, or All-School Prep for all three. Read the Masaryk, Charles and Palacký guides.
Does this cover physics?
It depends on your school:
- Masaryk: Three separate tests: Chemistry, Biology and Physics. Our practice covers all three.
- Palacký: A written test in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics or Mathematics: you choose physics or maths. Our practice covers the physics option, not maths.
- Charles: There is no separate Physics test. Our practice covers General Science instead.
Masaryk sells its own course. Why use this?
What the faculty publishes: The faculty publishes topic lists and sample tests for Biology, Chemistry and Physics on its applicant pages. It also sells online preparatory courses, at EUR 100 per subject. For the 2026/27 cycle, they were on sale from November 2025.
Applying only to Masaryk? The faculty's course is a fair choice. Ours gives full practice tests at the published length, and explains every question. You can use both.
Can I switch schools, or move up to all three schools, later?
